They were manufactured from July 15, 2021, through August 6, 2021. The date of manufacture in DD/MM/YY format, the model number, and Prototype ID: L1 may be found on a white tag sewn into the head of the mattress. A list of the recalled model numbers may be found here.
The mattresses, manufactured in the U.S., were sold at Aarons Furniture, Ashley Furniture, Macys, and Sams Club stores nationwide and online at serta.com from July 2021, through September 2021, for between $500 and $1,000.
