My Nest Easy Breather Review
Before this pillow came along, I enjoyed my Savvy Rest latex pillow. It also has adjustable filling but it got really messing when trying take it out because the shredded latex seemed to be statically charged. It also was a little noisy because whenever you shifted sleep position or the pillow, you would hear the tiny bits of latex making sort of popping noises inside the pillow.
The Easy Breather pillow has stuffing that is more reminiscent of cotton and memory foam and doesnt make any noise. The stuffing is also softer than natural down or latex or even solid memory foam.
This pillow just plain looks good. The casing has a nice texture and design and the grey sidewall helps with breath-ability and keeping it in shape. It is nice and wide so that you can shift positions with having to move your pillow with you. On a more subjective note, its also super cuddly!
As with the other Nest Bedding products I have reviewed, this one comes highly recommended. I would recommend this over Snuggle-Pedic or My Pillow for ANY time of sleeper.

Nest Easy Breather Pillow Vs Coop Eden Pillow
- Like the Nest Easy Breather, the Coop Eden is a down alternative pillow that uses shredded memory foam as its fill. One interesting difference is that the Coop Eden uses gel-infused foam for an extra cooling effect.
- The Coop Eden is also a great choice for back and side sleepers, but not so much for stomach sleepers, for the same reason I dont recommend the Easy Breather for stomach sleepers youre going to end up removing all the fill to get the loft low enough.
- I think the Coop Eden allows for a little more sinkage and contouring than the Easy Breather. The foam isnt quite as super supportive and elevating, so if you like to sink into your pillow a bit more, youll probably prefer the Coop Eden.
Pillow Construction And Feel
There are two things to focus on when it comes to the construction of the Easy Breather pillow: the cover and the fill.
The pillow cover is made with 34% lyocell, 64% polyester, and 2% elastane, which comes together to make an ultra soft-to-the-touch cover that excels in breathability.
Easy Breather is filled with shredded foam: 80% speciality foam and 20% polyester fiber. This proprietary blend of foam contours around your head and allows airflow throughout the pillow to keep you cool. Nest Easy Breather Pillow Loft
The other factor youll want to consider is loft. A pillows loft is essentially the height and each sleeping position needs a different loft for proper spinal alignment. Side sleepers do best with higher loft, back sleepers with a medium loft, and stomach sleepers with a low loft.
One of the great things about the Easy Breather is that its an adjustable pillow. When you receive it, it will be overstuffed with shredded foam fill. To adjust the loft, all you have to do is remove some of the fill, which you can do by unzipping the pillow and taking the foam out by hand. This adjustability allows you to achieve a loft that is just right for you.
With that in mind, heres what I thought about the Easy Breather pillow in different sleeping positions.
Side I really liked the Easy Breather pillow for side sleeping! The pillow already comes in a super high loft, so it doesnt take too much adjustment. Personally, I had to remove some fill to give the pillow a comfortable loft for side sleeping, but if you are larger than me or have broader shoulders, you might not need to remove as much as I did. And while the Easy Breather has a medium feel, I found that the memory foam fill provided lots of neck support and kept my head elevated properly.
