Bart and I have the Dual King Ooler Sleep System so we both have the Sleep Systems on each side of the bed. That way I can turn mine down to 60 degrees or lower on nights I am really hot in the summer or even turn my system up to 100 degrees in the winter when I am first getting in the bed and my feet are cold.
There is an app to download and you can create a daily schedule to have your Ooler Sleep System turn on before your bedtime. That way it is able to cool or heat your side of the bed before you even get into it. In the winter, I set my sleep schedule on my app and have my Ooler Sleep System come on and heat the bed to 95 degrees, so that when I get into it is nice and cozy! Then, I set the temperature to lower every 30 minutes and then stay at 66 degrees overnight. Then, I schedule the temperature to go back up in the morning so that I will naturally wake up on my own. Right now for the Spring, I start my Ooler Sleep System to warm the bed around 80 degrees when I first get into the bed. It then begins to lower gradually and set at 63 degrees for the rest of the night. Ive found that I need the lower temperatures overnight in the Spring and also in the Summer to sleep well.

The easiest way to explain this is by simply stating that the head is bigger than many other parts of the body. This is especially the neck, which is designed to keep the head intact. Let us go over the numbers a little bit.
As observed by Hansraj, K. K in his study, he observed that the human head weighs more than the size of an average newly conceived child. Despite this enormous weight, it is only supported by 20 muscles and 7 vertebrae in the neck.
The situation is further complicated by non-static movements with the head. This is because anytime the head tilts back or forth, or turns, the weight increases in multiple folds.
When we sleep on our side or stomach, partly, the weight of the entire body is unevenly rested on the neck. With the wrong support using a bad pillow or none at all, the neck bears a lot of the burnt.
This is not all as there is also the concern about sleep wrinkles and morning puffiness. These are caused when the face has harsh contact with rough surfaces when sleeping. My Personal Experience With The Sleep & Glow Pillow
I have been using the Sleep & Glow pillow for 4-weeks, and I have to say I have a lot of positive things to say about using the pillow. I have used microfibre pillows in the past, but I found that they were either a bit too soft, or a bit too hard, and didnt have the right design to fit my head. This pillow is definitely made for a woman. Its smaller, and the cradle areas conformed to my head properly, especially after using for 1-month.
Im a side sleeper, so I especially liked that I could sleep on my side comfortably with this pillow. I have Botox, fillers and threads in my face. Threads are not the most comfortable thing to have in your face, not to mention, you really shouldnt sleep on your face when you get them done. They need time to heal, not something you want to put pressure on or have move around. The side face cradle allows me to sleep on my side comfortably without added pressure.
The other bonus for me, I have a few neck and spine alignment issues, from years of overtraining from fitness and stress! Im waking up well rested, with less pain and less headaches than I have in the past.
I also have noticed I have less face puffiness, particularly around the eyes. This could be from a better quality sleep, overall but also from the sheer comfort of the pillow!
