In order to honour the repair of your product, we need to make sure that it is manufactured by us. Restwell Sleep Products is the primary manufacturer of Spring Air Canada, however, there have been other licensees in the past based in Eastern Canada who may have produced similar products to ours.
At this time, we are only able to service or replace products within British Columbia, Alberta, and Saskatchewan. Restwell does not sell any of its products outside these three Canadian provinces.
Demonstration Samples And Floor Models
Except as otherwise provided herein regarding the pump, hose or remote provided with, or contained within, a Tempur-Pedic product, demonstration samples ) and floor model will enjoy a 10 year limited warranty from the date of purchase provided on the receipt. Instructions For Caring For Your Mattress Topper
Memory foam is a temperature-sensitive material therefore, the ambient room temperature may affect the mattress toppers feel. Very warm or humid weather may make the mattress topper feel extra soft, while very cold weather may render the mattress topper somewhat firmer. A bedroom temperature between 65°-75° Fahrenheit will generate the proper feel. Rotate the Memory Foam Mattress Topper from head to foot every two weeks for the first few months, followed by once every two or three months, or as needed.

What Is Not Covered By A Mattress Warranty
Unfortunately, the list of things that are not covered by a warranty tends to be longer than the list of covered items. Items not covered by most warranties include:
- Sagging below the stated threshold: if your mattress starts to give out or indent, but its less than the stated threshold in the warranty , there wont be any coverage provided, even if this sagging is having a major effect on the support and comfort that you receive from your mattress.
- Natural wear and tear: if the problem with the mattress comes about from its use rather than from faulty construction or materials, then you shouldnt expect the warranty to provide any coverage. This includes natural weakening of materials, scuffs, scratches, discoloration of the cover , or minor lumps or bunching.
- User-inflicted damage: if you accidentally rip your mattress or cause damage to it in regular use or in moving it, it wont be covered. This also includes damage that might be inflicted by a pet or by a child jumping on the mattress. If the damage happened by your hand, dont expect warranty coverage.
- Dissatisfaction with size, feel, or performance of the mattress: the warranty is not designed to assure your satisfaction with the performance of the mattress from the perspective of support or comfort. It also doesnt cover any issues related to the size or height of the mattress, whether it sleeps hot, whether its good for sex, or whether it permits too much motion transfer.

In the event a warranty claim is filed and a warranty replacement is deemed necessary, purchaser will be required to surrender the original product to Tempur-Pedic at the time of replacement. As a general rule, mattress warranties tend to last longer than the expected lifespan of the mattress in question. Thus, the length of a warranty can tell you something about the longevity of a given mattress. For example, if a mattress warranty lasts for five years, thats a good indication the mattress will be viable for less than five years if the warranty lasts for 10 years, the mattress will likely last for approximately eight years and so on.
For the most part, higher-quality mattresses tend to have longer warranties, because they also tend to last longer. Lower-quality mattresses are likely to have shorter warranties and shorter lifespans.
Comfort Issues Are Not Covered Under Warranty
Heres one area where customers get confused, and there is often controversy about this topic. The feel or sensation you receive on the mattress, that is your individual perception that the mattress is too soft, too firm, has a sinking feel or just doesnt feel comfortable, are not warranty issues.
