This cushion is great for support under the legs or back, or wherever you need it when on the floor. Not too big, so its easy to move.
I purchased this along with the bolster. While I love the bolster and found it perfect as a leg support, I was incredibly disappointed that the pranayama pillow did not match the bolsters comfort or support. I tried using the pranayama pillow as a support in many different ways, under the small of my back, vertically along my spine, under my neck. Beautiful but not functional and head and even as a last resort as a side pillow but in all ways, the pranayama pillow fell short.
