Returning A Bensons For Beds Mattress

Before buying in store, check to see if the mattress you want is part of the 40-night sleep trial or not.

For store orders: If you don’t find your new bed comfortable after sleeping on it for 40 nights the Bensons for Beds website states that you can exchange it as long as you have used a mattress protector, but charges will apply and you’ll need too contact Customer Services for further information. But it doesn’t offer returns for any other products.

You’ll need to get the mattress back into its original packaging, if you still have it. If not, you’ll have to package the mattress in a suitable way so it’s not damaged in transit on the way back.
