MyPillow boss Mike Lindell is launching his own social media website this week that he says will be all about free speech.
Except its not.
Lindells new platform, called Frank, will not only ban certain words but also wont allow users to insult his deity.
Youre not going to be able to swear. There will be four words for sure you cant say. You cant say the c-word, the n-word, the f-word and you cant use Gods name in vain, he said in a video interview posted online. What a concept!
Lindell claimed incorrectly that this is part of the Constitutions definition of free speech in the interview, posted on YouTube by Right Wing Watch.
Lindells Comments About Frank Speech
Mike Lindell will launch a new free speech platform that he thinks will put YouTube and Twitter out of business. But it turns out it will limit what users can say by stopping them from, among other things, taking the Lords name in vain.
Everyone is going to be able to talk freely,said Mike Lindell about the platform called Frank, which is set to roll out on 19 April, in an interview with the conservative host Graham Ledger on the Ledger Report podcast. In an attempt to differentiate itself from other anything goes conservative-leaning social networking platforms, Lindell, a Christian, has laid out the type of speech his users will not be able to freely use, including profanity, sexual content, and profane language.

Who Were The Speakers
Speakers who joined Lindell on stage Saturday morning included Dr. Douglas Frank, an Ohio math teacher who has risen to prominence from speaking throughout the country about the 2020 election and false claims of it being stolen. He spoke earlier this year under the rotunda of the Missouri State Capitol.
Jenna Ellis, a former Trump campaign attorney, also spoke alongside Lindell. Ellis this week was ordered to travel to Georgia to testify in front of a grand jury investigating former President Donald Trump and his allies’ roles in influencing the 2020 election.
“According to the leftist media, because I have a subpoena for one day, I can’t be here,” Ellis said. “Like I’m on house arrest or something.”
The Mypillow Guy’s Latest Scheme Just Went Bust
Mike Lindell, the man behind My Pillow, is dedicated to the causes he chooses to embrace. Since Donald Trump left the White House in 2021, Lindell has been accused of peddling conspiracy theories about how the elections were stolen from his friend Trump, despite official audits that confirm otherwise. Even though Joe Biden won the 2020 election, Lindell continues to push unsubstantiated claims involving nationwide fraud, which he says marred the elections.
Meanwhile, Lindell also recently devised a plan to send his My Pillow merchandise to truckers protesting anti-vaccine mandates in Canada. During an interview with the Right Side Broadcasting Network , Lindell said, “all of our employees are busy making pillows right now for the truckers in Canada. We’re going to try and get them through. I’m not going to say what day or you know there will be obstructionists.” He continued, “We’re gonna get these brave truckers, and it’s going on around the world now. It’s amazing. We’re winning.”

MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell spent months creating a new social media platform after he was due to his constant tweets regarding bogus claims of voter fraud in the 2020 presidential election. The ardent fan of former President Donald Trump planned for his new site to launch Monday, and on Thursday, the site is up although the social media features aren’t.
Frank is Lindell’s social media platform that was intended to go live Monday morning, but the site went down multiple times, which he alleged was the result of a “massive attack.” Instead, Lindell held a livestream marathon on Monday and Tuesday, during which he continued to push debunked voter fraud theories while speaking with right-wing pundits. He also contended with multiple prank callers, including one who pretended to be Trump. On Wednesday morning, the Frank website displayed a message saying, “We are performing scheduled site maintenance at this time. Please check back with us later.”
The site is online as of Thursday, but it has no social media features. On the front page is a livestream of Lindell pushing more bogus voter fraud theories and a documentary Lindell produced that contains even more false claims.
“Right now we’re working on new features — keep checking back,” said a message on the site.
MyPillow didn’t immediately provide comment.

Striking Canadian Truckers Received Support From Us Conservatives
Lindell was just one of many conservative voices out of the United States who had expressed their support for the striking Canadian truckers. The protesting Canadians, who referred to themselves as the “Freedom Convoy,” had been cheered on by Fox news personalities Sean Hannity, Tucker Carlson, and Laura Ingram, per The New Republic. Media Matters for America reported that as of February 18, 2022, the network had devoted more than 20 hours to covering the truckers and their allies.
Athough, the demonstrators did not represent Canadian truckers, since the Canadian Trucking Alliance has said that “a great number of these protestors have no connection to the trucking industry” and almost 90% of Canadian truckers are vaccinated. Media Matters further said that nearly 65% of those polled were against the protests.
Meanwhile, PBS says about 44% of the money raised to fund the protests came from U.S. donors, and the State University of New York historical studies professor, Ian Reifowitz, says the protests gave conservative supporters fresh impetus to raise money. “They constantly need fresh outrages … It’s a terrific eight or nine months before the election for them.”
However, the Canadians are not amused. Before the Ottawa protest site was disbanded, a furious Canadian minister of public safety Bill Blair said, “What this country is facing is a largely foreign-funded, targeted and coordinated attack on critical infrastructure and our democratic institutions.”

Kimmel compared Lindells livestream to the Jerry Lewis telethon if Jerry was on a public access channel and crack. In between receiving prank phone calls and even losing studio power, Lindell has focused his rants on the same few topics, one of which is Kimmel himself. The ABC host has frequently mocked Lindell, who is a recovering crack cocaine and gambling addict.

My Pillow Guy Mike Lindell To Launch Social Media Platform At Rally In Mitchell
MITCHELL, S.D. – MyPillow CEO and conservative commentator Mike Lindell is planning to launch his new social media platform at a rally at the Corn Palace in Mitchell.
The announcement was made onWednesdays episodeof the Bannon War Room podcast, which is hosted by Steve Bannon.
Dakota News Now spoke with Corn Palace Director Doug Greenway, who confirmed the event is booked for Monday, May 10, at 6 p.m.
The new website is called Frank. Lindell described it as a social media site that will also host videos and podcasts. The platform attempted to launch earlier this month, but suffered technical glitches.
On Bannons podcast, Lindell called the Mitchell rally Franks grand opening to the world. He said he chose the site because he is a fan of South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem and her hands-off approach to the coronavirus pandemic.
Lindell is one of former President Donald Trumps most vocal supporters. He wasbannedfrom many mainstream social media sites for spreading unsubstantiated claims about the November election. Since then, he has touted the development of Frank, which he calls a platform dedicated to free speech.
Frankswebsite currently exists as a holding page teasing phase two of its launch, and encourages users to sign up for alerts and share the page on other functional social media sites like Facebook and Twitter.

Last February, Lindell was sued by Dominion Voting Systems for accusing the company of stealing millions of votes and rigging the 2020 presidential election.
From his own retelling, Lindell seemed to have dared the agents to arrest him.
I said, You know, you guys, are you going to arrest me?’ Lindell said on his show. I said Ive been asking for you guys. This will make international news!’

Why In The News
Lindell, a creatively-minded political theorist, was banned from Twitter earlier this year. This was because of his persistent lies about how Trump won the 2020 election. He met with the former president in January, urging him to consider martial law to defend that claim. Mike recently said hes hired private investigators to look into why Fox News wont book him anymore. He has framed the social media venture as a mix between Twitter and YouTube.
Youre going to have your own YouTube channel, only thats your Twitter handle, he said.
Oh and, by the way, it will also put both companies out of business, he said.

My Pillow chief and prolific conspiracy peddler Mike Lindell has a new name for the social media site he plans to launch following his exile from Twitter.
The bedding boss has set up a static webpage for Frank, a platform billing itself as a free speech-focused rival to the tech giants that have cracked down on Lindells baseless election fraud claims.
Named for the adjective meaning open and forthright, Frank says it will be a place for users to share content thats not filtered through the radical worldview of todays liberal media intelligentsia, or deep state actors.
Lindell said this week that the platform would be ready in 10 to 14 days and that it would be like a combination of Twitter and YouTube which have both acted to stop him from spreading conspiracy theories about the 2020 presidential election.
Theres nothing like it out there, Lindell said in a Monday interview with conservative commentator Eric Metaxas. Its amazing. Weve been working on it four years. Its the most secure platform ever. Ive got all my own servers, I put millions of dollars into this, for such a time as this.
Lindell, 59, first revealed plans to create his own social platform earlier this month after his false claims that the election was stolen from ex-President Donald Trump got both him and My Pillow .
The site which Lindell initially told Business Insider would be called Vocl aims to attract major influencers alongside everyday users.

Mike Lindell Wanted To Airlift Pillows To Striking Canadian Truckers
Things eventually didn’t to go the way they were planned for Lindell, whose products were blocked from entering Canada. Undeterred, the man with the plan came back with a backup idea designed to bring his pillows to stricking truckers. He told The Daily Beast he would airlift the pillows and then drop them “with little parachutes attached.” But that was the only detail Lindell was willing to share, because as he put it, “I cannot give the location out, and it is no joke! I just confirmed with them , and yes, this is the plan. We have the helicopter confirmed.”
However, it appears Lindell might have missed the opportunity to express his solidarity with the truckers, because days after the My Pillow Guy said he was working on the pillow drop, Canadian police cleared downtown Ottawa of striking protesters, arresting a few hundred people. Per The Guardian, some of the charges include “obstructing police, disobeying a court order, assault, mischief, possessing a weapon and assaulting a police officer,” according to Ottawa’s interim police chief, Steve Bell.

Among the weekend’s listed programming are addresses from speakers in all 50 states, which is slated to run for seven hours, and an evening premiere of a movie about the 2020 election from Lara Logan, a former CBS News journalist who has now become popular among circles on the right who tout conspiracy theories about vaccinations, COVID-19 and election fraud.

On Sunday, there will be a “trial of the machines,” which is described simply as “Mike Lindell puts the voting machines on trial.” Lindell will then issue a “call to action” on Sunday evening.

Investigations Into Election Claims
The FBI in August 2021 confirmed it had opened a criminal investigation into a suspected security breach of voting equipment in the western Colorado county of Mesa.
The investigation came on the heels of a parallel state investigation, after election-equipment passwords were discovered on a right-wing internet blog.
The equipment at issue in the election security breach investigation were furnished by Dominion Voting Systems, which has sued Trump allies and conservative television networks over baseless claims the company’s products were used to rig the election against Trump.
The suspected breach led Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold to decertify the county’s 41 devices, and she accused Mesa County Clerk and Recorder Tina Peters, a Republican and Trump supporter, of assisting with the breach.
Peters, her deputy Belinda Knisley and former elections manager Sandra Brown were indicted on state criminal charges this year in connection with the election security breach.
Knisley has since plead guilty and will testify against Peters, who has maintained she is not guilty of the charges.
Peters, Knisley and Brown are all named as subjects in the Justice Department’s criminal investigation, according to the warrant, along with several others.
The warrant indicates the FBI is looking for “all records and information related to damage to any Dominion computerized voting system” and other related data.
