This bed is firm but very comfortable. It appears to be well made as well as being made in the USA. I bought a “bed in a box” for a guest room at the same time for $200.00 less, but the Serta is proof you get what you pay for. Serta also had free set up and delivery, a very nice thing. I would absolutely recommend it.
