The mattress warranty starts with a full-coverage, non-prorated ten-year warranty. This warranty covers the repairs or replacement of a customers mattress, as long as it qualifies. During this period, customers are not charged any cost of percentage.
After the ten-year warranty is up, a customer falls into the 11-25 year period.
